House Rules

These house rules form a contract between you and Azure Fortune Palace Casino Entertainment Ltd., the company that operates Azure Fortune Palace Casino under a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority. By opening an account, depositing or playing, you accept them together with our Privacy Notice, Cookie Choices and the terms of any promotion you join.

If a translation differs from this English version, the English version applies.

• You are at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
• Online casino play is not prohibited where you are, and you are responsible for checking that.
• You are not self-excluded with us, and you play for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not an employee of Azure Fortune Palace or of a supplier with access to game or payment systems.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts are closed and linked bonuses removed.
• Details you give must be true and kept up to date; winnings can be held until they match your documents.
• You keep your password private. Play that happens after a login with your details is treated as yours, unless you told us the account was compromised.
• We verify identity, age and payment ownership before the first withdrawal, and may ask again later where the law requires.

Deposits start at $10 and go up to $5,000. Visa, Samsung Pay, MiFinity and Interac accept deposits from $5; Trustly, iDebit, Paysafecard and Ripple (XRP) start at $15. Each method also has its own ceiling, shown in the cashier.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Balances can be held in AUD, USD, GBP, CAD, USDT or BTC. Conversion fees charged by your bank or wallet are yours.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal; this stops the cashier being used to move money.
• A reversed or charged-back deposit may lead to the account being suspended until it is settled.

1. Request a withdrawal between $20 and $50,000 per transaction from the cashier.
2. We check it — first withdrawals include verification from section 04.
3. Approved withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days. Crypto and e-wallets usually arrive faster than bank methods.

Where possible, money goes back to the method you deposited with. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

You can decline or cancel a bonus at any time; cancelling removes the bonus and any winnings made from it. Bonuses are not available while a time-out or self-exclusion is active.

The lobby holds 3,978 games — 3,142 slots, 358 table games and 478 live dealer tables — from 41 studios. Game rules and each title’s return to player are shown inside the game. Across the library the average RTP is 96.9%.

• If a game malfunctions, affected rounds are void and stakes returned.
• A disconnected round finishes on the server; the result appears in your history.
• The game server’s record is final where it differs from what a screen showed.

The VIP programme has four levels reached through regular play. Benefits for each level are shown in your account and may be updated with notice. Levels carry no cash value and cannot be transferred.

We may void winnings, remove bonuses and close accounts involved in:

• bots, scripts or software that plays for you;
• collusion with other players or exploiting a known game fault;
• multiple accounts, false identity or someone else’s payment method;
• money laundering, fraud or abusive behaviour towards staff.

You can close your account whenever you like through the help desk; any withdrawable balance is paid out first. An account with no login for 12 months becomes dormant. We email you before that happens and never take your balance: it stays available for withdrawal.

2. A senior team member looks into it and replies in writing, normally within 10 business days.
3. If you are still not satisfied, you can refer the matter to the Malta Gaming Authority’s player support service.

These rules are governed by the laws of Malta, without taking away any consumer protection you have where you live.

We may update these rules; significant changes are shown in your account before they apply, and the date at the top of this page marks the current version. We are not liable for losses from playing games as designed, from your internet connection or from third-party services outside our control, except where the law does not allow such limits.
